We offer a range of private, specially curated classes at the shala, including one-on-one asana, recovery sessions for injuries and athletes, couples yoga, and private group classes for special events. We also have teachers trained in trauma informed yoga, and tailor classes to that end, as well. These sessions can be in our gorgeous studio at the Nugget, in-home, or off-site at an event.
