Located in the beautiful, historic Nugget Building in the heart of town, Telluride Yoga Center is a place for movement, meditation, mindfulness & music.

Our classes are all-levels, meaning that they are open to all body types and backgrounds, where advanced yogis and curious beginners come to practice and be together in Yoga.

Annika. She captures so much of what yoga in Telluride is all about—free-flowing & disciplined at once, deeply connected to nature, musical and FUN.

For her, yoga is not confined to the asana. Her practice and her teachings extend beyond the mat to ways of being and seeing that she enthusiastically shares with her students. As a runner, biker, and mountain girl, she infuses her classes with a deep understanding of anatomy along with meditations to feed the soul. Join her for a vibration raising, not-too-serious, carefully-sequenced Vinyasa flow. You won’t regret it! Annika walks the walk, every day.

Julia is a longtime friend and teacher of the shala. Wise beyond her years, and seeming to have practiced for many lifetimes, Julia’s classes invite students to tune in to their own hearts, slow down and notice what’s unfolding internally and to accept oneself where one is on that particular day. A calming and authentic presence, she is loved by many.
